SOME WORDS ARE WONDERFUL,
SOME WORDS ARE WISE,
THEY SHOW THE DEPTH OF YOUR CHARACTER
AND YOUR HEART - ITS SIZE.
BUT SOME WORDS ARE UGLY,
AND SOME WORDS CAN HURT,
THEY CAN MAKE OTHERS THINK
YOU'VE BEEN CHEWING ON DIRT.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TRYING TO USE THE RIGHT WORDS, JOIN THE "NO CUSSING CLUB".

Once again, we are pleased to announce that the Braunfels Foundation Award funded by the Harry and Christine Dierks Memorial Fund will be offered to the seventh as well as the eighth grade this year. That is one girl and one boy from each grade will be selected as a winner. Emphasizing good citizenship, a $500.00 savings bond will be presented to the winners. In addition, one girl and one boy from each grade will also be awarded $100.00 savings bonds as runners up.
