Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Attention all LEO Club members - WOW! What an incredible Induction last night! You all looked really sharp and it was good to get to meet some of your parents. Don't forget to come to the meeting today at 3:00 in Mr. Barrett's room. If you can't attend, be sure to let Coach Winki or Mr. Barrett know. We will be discussing the "Bark in the Park" and a new volunteer opportunity at one of the Memorial schools.

The 7th grade C team played a rematch against Barnes on Tuesday night and had another big win! Barnes recovered a surprise onside kick to open the game, but the Unicorn defense quickly shut down their opening drive. The offense took control and moments later Justin Davila rumbled 50 yards for a touchdown to get the Unicorns off to an 8 to nothing lead! The offense piled up points with additional scores from Eddie Montoya and Doug Fernandez while the defense completely shut down the Toreadores all night! Jacob Cantu had an interception and a forced fumble with Zach Cameron on the recovery, while Gambil had an interception return of 60 yards for a defensive touchdown! Eric Torres played like a man possessed making big hit after big hit! With this 34-0 blowout the 7th grade C team is now 4-0 and looking to close their season next week with another big win!
