The POPCORN is here, the POPCORN is here!!! The STARDUSTER Drillteam will be selling German-Style SweetPop Popcorn beginning today. The money raised will help purchase POM-POMS for some of our new routines. It's salty and sweet and good to the last kernel! The POPCORN is $3.00 a bag and you can buy yours from any STARDUSTER or Coach Winki. We will be selling the POPCORN for the next two weeks.

Don't forget LEOs, we have a meeting on Wednesday in Mr. Barrett's room, from 3 to 4pm. If you have not signed up for a shift at WURSTFEST, be prepared to do that at the meeting.

Congratulations to Sierra Smith. She qualified to go to State in gymnastics.

Attention basketball girl's. Its already that time of year! Basketball try outs will be held next week. 8th graders will tryout on Monday and Tuesday. 7th graders will tryout on Wednesday and Thursday. If you are interested in trying out for the girl's basketball team please sign up today in the cafeteria. You must also have physical.

Congratulations to the 7th grade volleyball A-team! They were crowned 2007 district champions last night after defeating Canyon 25-10, 25-19. Morgan Land and Maddie Holmes each had 2 kills while Allie Hubicsak served up 4 aces. The ladies will enter the post season tournament this weekend undefeated. Good job and good luck!

The 8th grade volleyball teams both defeated Canyon Middle yesterday.. The A team scores were 25-15 and 25-23.
Lauren Oldani had 6 kills and Beckie Brotze had 5 aces. The B teams scores were 16-25, 25-20 and 25-14.
Both teams are undefeated and are District Champions. The Conference tournament is this weekend, please wish
them good luck.Attention 7th and 8th graders.

If you are interested in competing on the Knowledge Masters team, come by room 301 after school today, Wednesday, or Thursday to sign up. Knowledge Masters is a fun and challenging experience in which you compete academically with other teams in the United States, and even with a few other countries. Essentially, you and your teammates answer multiple choice questions about a variety of topics. You are judged for accuracy and quickness of response. So, come by room 301 to sign up for this exciting and rewarding opportunity.
